Two miles from Blue Springs on State Highway 27A and surrounded by forest on three sides. The FLORIDIAN RV PARK was built on the old Jerrells’ homestead with its majestic oaks and old homestead preserved.

Whether you enjoy swimming, diving, boating, fishing, biking, hunting, bi-plane rides or simply relaxing, this area has it all. A 35 minute drive will take you to many of Florida’s most pristine springs and rivers. VA and other hospitals are a short commute also.

Our park is small (30 site) beautifully landscaped and maintained peaceful park. All sites have 50amp, 30amp and 20amp receptacles with sewer and city water. Our roads and sites are paved with most sites being at least 36′ x 70′ in size with natural wooded and landscaped views. Our park loop with its wide turns and large sites make it easy to accommodate large motor homes and trailers.

We accept only self-contained units that are clean and newer in appearance with mature occupants

Park amenities include:

• All sites have naturally wooded or landscaped views.
• Full hook-up w/50/30/20 amp service at every site.
• Excellent cell phone and Data reception.
•  Wi-Fi has been ordered for the club house but, we are still waiting.
• Laundry room.
• RV supply store in office stocked with the basics.
