Park Rules and Guidelines Agreement

We welcome you to the Floridian RV Park. To preserve the peaceful and pleasant stay of our guests, as well as to preserve the aesthetics of our park, we ask you to observe these guidelines:

General Guidelines: We are a 40 and older adult park.

1. Check in time 12 Noon.  Check out time 11:30 AM deviations are subject to approval and fees.  No refund for early termination of stay.
2. All RV units must be self-contained. (Have toilet and shower), have an RVIA sticker (factory manufactured). Management has the right to refuse any rig that does not meet park standards.
3. A recent photo of all sides of your rig (RV and Vehicles) and your pets is required prior to accepting your reservation.
4. Additional people, pets and vehicles (trailers, boats etc.) must be pre-approved by management.
5. All RV’s must be clean, undamaged and present in near new condition at management’s discretion.
6. All RV’s and vehicles must be maintained clean, and in good exterior appearance at management’s discretion.
7.  Reservation and cancellation Policy:  Only prepaid reservations are guaranteed.  To receive full refund less $25 cancelation fee, cancelation must be made sixty days prior to arrival date for reservations of one month or longer.  15 days for reservations of two weeks or less.  Otherwise, you will forfeit the full amount. 
8. Two vehicles per site, to occupants, two pets per R/V.  Ask for assistance if additional occupancy or space is needed. (Additional fees many apply)
9. ATV’s are not permitted to operate in the park.
10. Alcoholic beverages are permitted at your site only.  Be responsible and respectful.
11. Quiet Rules will be strictly enforced!  Be aware that at no time do others want to hear your radio, television or other media; nor do we wish to hear vulgar/offensive vocabulary.  Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8: AM 
12. You must present yourself with respectful behavior at all times. Shirts and appropriate clothing required in clubhouse.
13. Management reserves the right to terminate your stay at any time without explanation and have your belongings removed.
14. Guests are asked to accompany their visitors at the clubhouse and visiting minor children must be accompanied at all times.

Pets

1. Vicious breeds or barking dogs will not be allowed. Limit of 2 dogs/pets. All dogs/pets must be under control on a handheld leash at all times.
2. New or additional pets: Guests must obtain pre-approval from executive management before bringing in new or additional pets.
3. Pets must not be left outside unattended.  Pens, fencing, (including electric fence) or any other enclosures are prohibited.
4. Pets/animals are not allowed in buildings.
5. You are expected to clean up after your pet. Please be considerate of other guests.

Your Site

1. Sewer ring seals are required by state law on your sewer connection.
2. Do not park vehicles on grass or landscape; this includes golf carts and all motorized vehicles.
3. Keep your site free of clutter and tidy in appearance. No storage around/under your RV.
4. Trash dumpster & charcoal ash can is provided in designated area for your convenience. We do not have trash pick up from your site.
5. No oil changes permitted on your site.  No repairs without prior authorization from management. 
6. Fire pits:  only propane pits are allowed on your site. 
7. No grills on top of our tables are allowed.
8. Furniture outside your unit is limited to clean, lawn chairs.
9. No clotheslines are permitted. No lines, ropes or objects may be tied to trees, posts, etc.
10. Tow dollies, trailers, boats, etc. must be stored in designated storage area.
11. Do not cut or otherwise modify landscaping, ask management to do so.
12. Management will determine anything that is not covered in these guidelines.

Executive management reserves the right to approve or disapprove any permission, changes, or alterations authorized by local management and to make changes to guidelines from time to time.
